Springboard to Success (S2S) enhances the vital work of the Chicago Housing Authority’s (CHA) Resident Services by funding programs and events that augment current youth programs and services.

S2S ensures a robust college access pipeline for CHA youth by funding programs and events that bridge gaps and reduce barriers for CHA youth to get to and through college and into professional careers.

It is the S2S vision that youth currently living in CHA households achieve housing stability as an adult without the requirement of a housing subsidy.
